CaptiFi provides guest WiFi marketing software and hardware that enables venue owners to capture customer data, automate marketing communications, and manage guest WiFi access in compliance with GDPR and UK data protection laws.
Plans Available:
Annual subscriptions save 2 months compared to monthly billing. Billing occurs monthly or annually in advance. You may cancel at any time with no penalty.
We offer a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, you will be asked to choose a paid plan to continue using the Services.
Free WiFi Kit: All plans include a free plug-and-play CaptiFi WiFi Kit (pre-configured UniFi access point).
Refundable Hold: A £60 refundable authorization hold is placed on your payment method. This hold is released when you return the hardware upon cancellation or after 12 months of continuous service.
Return Process: Upon cancellation, we provide a prepaid return label. The £60 hold is released within 5-7 business days after we receive the hardware in working condition.
Additional Access Points: Extra access points are auto-detected and billed at £10/month each. The same £60 refundable hold applies to each additional unit we provide.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. You authorize CaptiFi to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected billing cycle (monthly or annual).
Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Failed payments may result in service suspension after a 7-day grace period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months or years of service.
Upon cancellation, you must return any CaptiFi-provided hardware within 30 days to receive your £60 refundable hold back.
